Our
Approach
WE DO MORE THAN NUMBER CRUNCHING...
We get to know you...
When
you contact us we will meet with you, and at our expense, invest time and resources in understanding your needs,
the business in which you work, and your future plans.
We
will explain the way we will work with you and
Provide
a written proposal explaining our approach to the main issues affecting you and/or your business, including a description
of the services and the price basis of our fees.
Our
duties and responsibilities to you...
Introduce
our team of professionals who will work with you.
Once
you are satisfied with these aspects we will proceed with the engagement.
Confidentiality
All
information regarding your personal and business affairs will be held in strict confidence. This information will
not be disclosed without your express permission, or in accordance with various laws.
Your
Satisfaction
We
want you to be totally satisfied with our quality of work and service. In order to continually improve our service,
we will ask you periodically to complete a questionnaire about our performance. As part of our open and forthright
approach when dealing with clients, we will discuss our performance with you face to face so that we have a clear
understanding of your needs and what is important to you.
We
want to know any concerns you have. We will address any issues or worries you have in a timely and efficient manner.
Fees
We
will be sure you know the fee, or basis for our fees, before we start our work to avoid any surprises. We will
estimate the fee and explain the work to be performed in a proposal/engagement letter. We will explain what will
be required from you in order to complete the work in an efficient manner. If for some reason circumstances change
and we will be unable to complete our assignment as budgeted, we will advise you as soon as possible to resolve
the issue.
We
normally bill on a monthly basis as the work progresses. A retainer may be requested at the beginning of the engagement.
